Summer is the season of fun and enjoyment; it brings change in weather, clothing and activities. So, why get stressed out of its side effects like tanning, sun-burn, dehydration, hot weather, skin or health related issues etc. Just, enjoy the season with the BANG ON attitude. Before getting out not to forget, the season is very well known for skin issues so you have to be a bit careful about it.
Mostly, we when we talk about skin care or beauty. The first things come in our mind is the facial skin care or facial beauty and we forget other parts of our body which daily gets exposed to the harsh sun rays. When we neglect these parts- hands, legs, feet they start asking you for extra love by showing their signs.
Today, I am going to talk about the beautiful part of our body, which can reveal much about you. Which carries you to different places- “Your Beautiful Feet” but, do you really own beautiful feet or you are embarrassed to flaunt it? If yes, then you don’t have to be embarrassed anymore. I am quickly going to share the tips for foot care in this season.
No matter what kind of feet you own, dry or sweaty or itchy you should try to keep it clean and specially in summer season because, non-hygiene can cause smelly feet, psoriasis, eczema fungal infections. In short, it will bother you a lot. So, scrub your feet to remove the dead skin using pumice stone or foot scrub. Moisturize it daily and use foot powder or foot sprays to avoid smelly feet. When you come home wash them frequently.
I understand you cannot resist wearing sandals, flip flops or other footwear or you want to go barefoot then, do not forget your best friend “Sunscreen” it would be good if it has High SPF. Try applying it frequently, if possible.
Always try to wear comfortable shoes, if possible try to avoid high heels and tight shoes instead go for wedges, sandals. Do not wear tight shoes for a long time because, it can cause skin related issues.
Your feet truly deserve it after a long tiring day. Pamper them by soaking them in cold or warm water as per your choice, you can just add few drops of essential oil and few rose petals to calm your senses and rejuvenate you. Or you can opt for a professional pedicure or foot massage. Keep your nails trimmed.
Never forget to moisturize your feet, before going to bed wash your feet, wipe them off including the part between the toes. Moisturize them with your favorite moisturizer or foot cream. Drink a good quantity of water and juices.
