Hope everything is going super fine with you all. :) Today I’m back with another product review, something I have fallen in love with of late – White Impress Body Wash from Lux. I have always preferred body washes & shower gels over regular soaps and have already tried a good number of them from different brands. The recent one that I bought is from Lux. Although I have never been an admirer of their soap range, but still decided to try this body wash and I must admit it was one of my best decisions (when it comes to try out new cosmetic brands). Read on to see how this body wash has ‘impressed’ me!

Lux Sweet Petals Fragrance Deo Spray Review

The world we live is unimaginably aromatic, from flowers to soil, even a stone, yep! they unleash unique aroma. Our body emits scent which is quite distinctive, like finger prints. Fragrance could throw you out of space, make you happy or regret. Explaining fragrance is not an easy one and most quizzical thing is we can smell in our dreams too!

Your perfume will speak about you to any stranger before your lips! Your perfume can create instant love or hatred. As like you gals, I love fragrances! Perfumes, deodorant & scents, these are few word would lighten my mood. I love to say more but don’t want to test your patience! Ok, please read the review to know more about the product.

My Experience:

The word ‘Sweet petals’ is enough for Lux deo to jump into my shopping cart but still I admired lovely Scarlet color canister and image of lively sexy lady, it was beautiful. Ok, I don’t want to beat around the bush, I bought this attractive deo.

When I sprayed this deo I felt disappointed because it was overpowering and cheap. Then I felt sorry for my instant judgment, because it took a minute to settle and spreads an enchanted fragrance. Once I sprayed this deodorant on me when my ‘Hitler’ aunt was in my room, she felt dizzy because of odor, exclaimed that I would give her head ache and went out of my room. I didn’t explain her that it would settle down soon (wicked smile!!)

It is not pure floral scent like Yardley products but a fusion. It is strong fragrance and full of life. I never allow any deo to touch my skin but spray it on my cloth and it doesn’t give white patches. Staying power is quite remarkable; it remained even after 6 hours.

Why I like?:

  • Strong and pleasant fragrance
  • Fresh and dynamic
  • Chic package
  • Easy availability
  • Quite economical
  • Good staying power

Why I don’t like?:

  • High alcohol content
  • Fragrance might be overpowering to sensitive nose

Fragrance is rather very personal so I leave it to reader’s choice though I find it pretty good.

Hey dolls, I must say, I missed MABH so much. With so much of entrance and preparations I lost myself somewhere in between books. Now I am back with full energy. So here is the review of one of my favorite body wash.

Price and Quantity:

Rs.99 for 240 ml

My Take:

This one is my favorite body wash. Though it is less priced, it does the work perfectly. The packaging of this body wash is curvy which attracts girls :P The shape of the bottle is interesting. The body wash looks purple in color.

This body has an awesome smell of juniper berries and black orchids. I haven’t heard anything about black orchids. The excellent part of it is that the smell  lingers for a long time. It keeps you fresh and refreshing in fact. The consistency is not creamy nor liquid, just perfect.

The body wash cleanses your skin thoroughly without making the skin dry. I don’t feel like applying a body lotion right after shower. Dry skinned girls might feel a bit tight post bathing. It is perfect for both summers and winters. Since it lathers well, a little amount is enough for the whole body. So even the small bottle can last you a long time. Everything at an this price!  What else do you need? Overall a good body wash that cleanses well, doesn’t dry out skin and important of all, the smell lingers for really long time. And yes it is affordable too.
