Jergens is a staple brand in our home since about 10 years! We have tried many of their moisturizers and soaps and that shows our love for the brand. I have very dry skin on my legs. So I always make it a point to have moisturizers around me. That is because, I myself can’t predict when will I be in need of it. Let us see today how effective does this moisturizer worked for me!
My Views
The product comes in its handy moisturizer packaging with a white colored opaque plastic body that has a pump on the top to release the right amount of product! Again the packaging is quite good, you do not have to invert the bottle or the tube into your palm and all you need to do is just give a press over the pump. This not only ensures that the right amount of product is released but you get two clean hands to rub the lotion.
This can be used anywhere on your body. So, at times I do apply it on my face as well and I haven’t got any pimples or faced any other issues as of now.
It claims to have the silk proteins and citrus extracts (God knows)! But this is a very light moisturizer and once you apply the required amount of product on your skin, it blends in easily with the skin in about five rubs and leaves no residue behind. Although it claims to moisturize for 24 hours, I do not believe the results will stay that long. As this is in the pump packaging, when you have to travel with it, you have to press the pump completely down and twist it.
For me personally, not all the bottles have worked that way. Some do work and some do not, so you can’t really comment about whether this travels friendly or not. It comes with a shelf life of 2 years. One thing that I do not like about it is the presence of parabens.

As it claims, it hydrates your skin when you apply it and does give visibly smoother skin as well. One such bottle does last for a long time and everyone in the family can use it!
