This is my second dazzler review here. I hope you guys like it. This one is from their 65 INR range. I love their 100 Rupees one especially their finish. They don’t have shimmer in 100 INR ones but the one I am reviewing here now has. But VOV and Maybelline are the best I have come across till date.

My Take on Dazzler Lipstick Shade No 624:
These have some palettes to try from and I bought this when they had bad lighting in the shop. You know those 100 watt bulbs. They never are good if you testing for colors. I could not see the shimmers at all and you know how much I hate them. But I like the packaging though it’s made of cheap plastic.
Packaging: It comes in a transparent plastic case with a golden bullet inside to hold the lipstick. I have to you tell you that it is extremely sturdy and no worries of breakage. Its very travel friendly since it is small though the lipstick is of standard 4 gm size.
Colour: It is a light neon bright pink with silver shimmer. Ah the horror. Trust me neon and silver never go hand in hand. But the color pay off is quite cool as you can see. It is a little creamy in summers and soft in winters. If you like shimmers I think you will love this color. It is a good office wear color as well. The lipstick leaves the shimmers which is a mess to remove. The shimmers are not too sparkly that is a relief there but you will need Vaseline to remove this one.
Texture: Like I said it is soft but not too creamy. It does not melt which is a relief. It leaves a nice tint. It will be a little to semi matte in dry winters though. Don’t apply without lip balm.
Staying power: It stays for 3 hours without meals and slowly disappears. It is a little drying as it disappears and you will need lip balm underneath definitely. I don’t like the color much but it will look great on pale to extreme fair skin. Girls who like washed out look can try this one. It looks really good on me since I am between fair to extreme fair though I have severe darkening in skin tone because of pollution exposure.
Fragrance: It smells like baby lotion. I am not bothered. :)
PROS:

- Non bothering fragrance and good packaging
- Staying power is good considering the price
- Leaves a nice tint
CONS
- Shimmer
- Drying a little
- Will not suit darker skin tones
