Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Eyeliner Blackest Black Review and Swatches

Being an eye makeup addict I always keep looking for best and affordable eye makeup products. And when it comes to makeup stuff no one can compete my love Maybelline. I have used the Gel Eye Liner from Tips and Toes (Thank you Lancy!) and found gel liner is far better than liquid liner when it comes to staying power so I bought this one with high expectation and honestly it did not disappoint me :)

Price and Quantity:

Rs. 410 (I got mine for 330 Rs)

My Take:

Packaging: This gel eyeliner comes in a sweet cute tiny glass pot which is travel friendly and does not break easily. The brush which comes with the tube is superb, you can draw thick as well as thin lines using this brush. And it has a cap so it’s pretty hygienic.

Color: The color of this eye liner is jet black and it has a texture that is creamy like butter. The eyeliner glides on the eyelid like dream.

Pigmentation: In word one word it is ‘awesome’. One swipe gives that perfect black color!

Staying power: This eyeliner stays on my upper lid for almost 10-12 hours and on my lower lids for 8-9 hours. It does not cause any irritation.

  • Affordable, 3 gm lasts almost for 2 years
  • Does not dry easily

  • Smudge proof, and water resistant

CONS:

  • Difficult to remove even with a makeup remover

Go for it girls! It is an awesome product. If you don’t have this you are missing something. This gel eyeliner from Maybelline is a must have in every girls vanity!
