Hi, everyone! This is honestly my first ever sunscreen that I bought for myself. Till then, it is almost like either I get some as gifts or I use products which do protect from the harmful sunrays. As Glyco 6 cream has to be used with a highly potent sunscreen, I thought to get it from a pharmacy itself (I have a special kind of satisfaction by using this).
This has a SPF of 30 which was good enough to impress me very well. I read very satisfying reviews about this product online and that was the second reason for getting it, first reason is being that I have an acne prone and combination skin. Read on to know if it satisfied me or not!
I hope you all are doing great. I will be reviewing a sunscreen from Nivea today! It is the one with the SPF 50 PA++ UVA- UVB protection system; plus it also claims to be non – sticky and water resistant. This is the second sunscreen that I have used on me. The earlier one was the Lotus Safe Sun Intensive Sunblock Spray – SPF 50. It was a good one but I got bored of using the same product!
As you all would know Nivea doesn’t compromise on its product quality, I definitely had to pick this one from the brand’s range when I was looking for a sunscreen! I feel that any lotion above SPF 50 will clog the pores of my skin so I had to choose from SPF 50 and SPF 30. I took the former with me because summer is so harsh on my skin and I travel a lot! Also when I am in sun for too long, I feel a burning sensation! I also get badly tanned and therefore a sunscreen is an essential product for me! I feel every person must have a sunscreen in their bag, it is so important!
This product claims to protect against the harmful UVA/UVB rays and this was the first reason why I picked it! Usually we have to apply the sunscreen 20 minutes before going out but now I don’t have to since this gives instant protection as soon as I apply it!
Before finding out this sunscreen product from Lotus my relationship with sunscreens were always of LOVE-HATE type. I could not live without them and using them was equally painful. Often I used to get breakouts on skin using sunscreens as most of them give oily sweaty skin. Also I hated the white cast left behind that took hours to go. Finally three years back before a trip to Andaman I came across this product in a shop when I was trying to find a decent sunscreen that will be helpful for the trip.
