Blue Heaven Sparkling Eyeliner 06 Blue Review

Today I’m going to be reviewing the Blue Heaven sparkling eyeliner in (Number 06).

I’ve been obsessed with budget-friendly cosmetics lately, be it lip glosses or eyeliners or mascaras or eye shadows or lip liners.. (You get the gist, right?)

Blue heaven is a budget friendly brand and It has been making customers happy for a long time. I’ve tried almost everything from the brand and I’m super happy with the quality of the products. I heard about it first through my mom who said that they have nice products that are worth a shot!

My Views

The eyeliner comes in a palm-sized bottle with a golden top. There’s nothing mentioned anywhere on the bottle but right at the bottom, there’s their address and all!

Let’s begin with the packaging, I think that the design is very unique. It comes in a sturdy and travel-friendly packaging and it has a slender applicator for better grip and perfect bristles. The packaging is transparent so you can easily find the shade. The applicator is made up of fine bristles but the consistency of the eyeliner, in the beginning, was too watery and I had difficulty in handling this but later it turned out to be okay!

This is my first ever colored liquid eyeliner and I’m very happy with how it looks and compliments my features. The color itself is bright cobalt blue which gives a metallic look!

The pigmentation is amazing and it is very easy to apply it because of the thin brush. However, I think you should apply a thin coat, let it dry for some time and then move on to the second one.

Moving on to the quantity, I think that it is decent keeping in mind that you need only 1-2 swipes to get a nice finish. On the other hand, the staying power is not that impressive. It’s not waterproof but sort of water resistant and stays on for about 3-5 hours after which it begins to magically fade away on its own. But you can’t expect everything at such a low price, can you?

I personally like to pair it up with black or white kohls. But this shade can be worn alone as well. I think it looks good on almost every skin tone and really brings out your eyes.

Unfortunately, They don’t have any matte eyeliners in this range. As much as I love experimenting with different shimmery colors, matte ones have always remained on top for me. I hope they come up with matte formulations for these!

Overall, I highly recommended this colored eyeliner from Blue Heaven! This cool, cobalt blue is worth a try. I love how workable and creamy it is in texture. Not to forget affordable!
