Boroline’s Suthol Natural Anti Septic Skin Liquid Review

Posted on July 1, 2016July 1, 2016 by Ranju G

Here I am with a review on one of my favorite multi purpose products from the brand Boroline! Gourmohan Dutta, a Bengali merchant launched this brand in 1929 and since, then there was no looking back as he believed in his dreams! Quite inspiring isn’t it? We all should practice self-belief and self-love!

Let’s talk about the Suthol anti septic skin liquid. I got introduced to this tiny, greeny (excuse my rhyme!) bottle by someone when I experienced mosquito bites on my hands. Since, then am hooked over it!

My Views

It comes in a plastic bottle with a dark green screw cap and a white nozzle comes with a little hole in it. So, you don’t have do those stunts to pierce it and enough quantity comes out of it; no fear of spilling or taking out extra liquid out of it. It can be easily carried in your handbag while travelling. It is available in a spray bottle too and I am planning to pick that next time. Packaging is alright nothing extra ordinary or not even too bad.

I got introduced to it last year, in winter season. First, I experienced its effect on my itchy mosquito bites and it gave this calming and soothing effect. I have used it as a toner on my face, after bath and it’s pretty good as it is anti septic; can be used even if you have pimples or acne on face.

I mix it in my bath water too because I like its refreshing smell and it gives me a wakeup feeling while mixing it in the bucket. Though you will notice bubble in the water, no need to worry about that part. I haven’t experienced anything bad due to that even while applying the product with a cotton on my face and hands.

The liquid is in green color but it doesn’t stain my skin or clothes; in fact it makes my skin look hydrated. This little multi use bottle is the best thing in summers and rainy season too, ummm well I think all the seasons but, you just have to change or be a little creative while using it in different seasons that’s it. It can be used by all family members for different purposes. I have used it after eyebrows plucking, after waxing, for itchy skin or mosquito bites, dry skin, summer rashes, in bath water and will use it for foot soaking too!

usage instructions

Price : Rs.33 for 100 ml.

Rating : 5/5

I would really recommend this product to all of you! What all can be expected at Rs.33? Plus, I don’t find any cons in this product even the ingredients, you can check Boroline’s website for more information about the ingredients.

It is easily available. You can get it from shops, medical store, beauty shops and shopping malls. It is available in different variants. You can also get it in spray bottle as well!

P.S : Shelf life is of 2 years though if you’re a regular user it will be over quickly!

Wow… this seems to a brilliant product! Does it helps in treating the little bumps that you get soon after waxing?

Thank you Sana for the comment. I have used it after eyebrow plucking and it soothes the skin and reduces redness after sometime. I am not sure about its effect on the bumps that are experienced post waxing because, I don’t use waxing as it hurts my sensitive skin a lot. Though you can try this product if it doesn’t work on the bumps you can use it for other skin problems.
