Today I will be reviewing my winter moisturizer which I got a few weeks back to help me keep my skin moisturized and soft in the cold weather. This comes from one of the very renowned names of cosmetics and skincare products i.e. Lotus Herbals.

My Take on Lotus Herbals Shea Butter and Real Strawberry Moisturizer:
This is a great moisturizer and is perfect for winter season when the cold wind tends to dry the skin to a great extent. I have a combination type of skin and it gets drier in winters so after few hours of bathing I felt that my skin started drying and scaly. So, I decided to change my moisturizer with this 24 hour moisturizer so that after applying it in the morning I need not worry about it in the evening again.
This is suitable only for winters because of its extreme moisturizing properties. It may not be useful in the summer season :(
This moisturizer is baby pink in color and has a creamy base but it is very light on the skin. I don’t like to apply heavy textured creams on my face be it winters or summers so this was an ideal choice for me as it is very light upon application and easily absorbed by the skin in few seconds. The claim of 24 hour moisturization may be true to a little extent but because I have never kept it for a whole day or night, I cannot comment on that. I usually apply it for the whole day and before going to bed I put my night cream.
The packaging is great as it comes in a yellow tube with a translucent flip open top cap.
The fragrance is very sweet and mild and fades away gradually after 2-3 hours. It is not greasy or sticky on the skin and will suit dry to normal skinned beauties. Oily skin may find it very moisturizing and greasy.

- Not suitable for oily skin
- Suitable for winters only

As for now I have this tube for this season. Maybe in the next winters I will repurchase it again :)
