Homemade Nutmeg and Orange Peel Blackhead Clearing Scrub

Things you will need:

• A teaspoon of nutmeg powder
• Two teaspoons of chickpea powder
• A full orange fruit peel
• Required rose water

 

Preparation:

• Dry the orange peels in hot sun for 6-10 hours. After they turn crisp without any moisture, grind them to coarse powder. Make sure not to powder the dried orange peels to fine powder as it would lose the scrubbing effect.

• In a small bowl, add a teaspoon of nutmeg powder, two teaspoons of orange peel powder and two teaspoons of chickpea powder.

• Add required rose water to the powder mixture and blend well until smooth.

• Your thick and grainy blackhead clearing facial scrub is ready to use now!

 

How to Use?:

• Cleanse your face using lukewarm water and your facial cleanser. Using warm water to cleanse the facial skin would open up the pores, soften the blackheads and encourage their removal during the scrubbing process.

• After cleansing the facial skin, apply this scrub over the blackhead affected areas evenly. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.

• Later, scrub your skin with gentle circular motions using your clean finger tips for 3-5 minutes.

• Splash cold water and wash off the scrub to see your blackhead free skin!
