DIY Colorful Bricks Nail Art ~ Step by Step Photo Tutorial

Good day pretty women!
How often do you go over the top? Meaning, how many times you break your stereotype and rock the world around you? Well, I have a pretty cool idea in this context. Color blocks are very in-fashion these days, actually the idea is to color your mood and your image.

The more colors, more bright and energetic you look. Today, I am going to show you my DIY Colorful Bricks Nail Art. Don’t be fooled by the name, the outcome is what I intend. So, let’s begin.


Things You Will Need:

  • Black nail paint.
  • Five different color nail paints.
  • Top coat nail paint.
  • Dotting tool/ nail art brush or any regular paint brush (No.0)

 

Tutorial:

Step 1: Clean your nails. Draw 4-5 horizontal lines on your nails with the black nail paint. You can use your dotting tool or paint brush for this. Try to create straight lines leaving small space in between. [I have used regular nail paint brush.]

 

Step 2: Now, draw vertical lines in between those horizontal lines but in alternative pattern (see picture).

 

Step 3: It’s time to color the bricks. Take the five colors nail paint one at a time and paint at least 2-3 bricks on each nails. Fill all the bricks in alternative pattern. [You can do it with your nail paint bottle applicator or with your paint brush. You can also increase the number of colors.]

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: To make it look neat, reapply the black color nail paint in same pattern. Clean the mess around nails with an ear bud soaked in nail paint remover.

 

 Step 5: Finally apply top coat and let it dry.
