Hello dear friends!
Candidly, I never liked magenta color lipsticks until I saw Kareena Kapoor wearing one in the song ‘Muskan Jhoothi Hai’ from the film ‘Talaash’. I finally gathered courage and bought one at that time and though I don’t have great complexion like Kareena, the color actually suited me. Since then, I bought another two shades of magenta and one of them is Magenta Janta. So, here are the details.

My Take:
The packaging of this lipstick is very appealing and stylish. It smells good also. The bullet is little bit dry which brings trouble while applying. I apply lip balm before wearing this lipstick. The color of this lipstick is dark and yet bright. One swipe is good for little bit lighter look, two to three swipes will give a great reddish magenta color.
This lipstick is highly pigmented, one swipe cover ups the lips. This lipstick gives a very nice matte look (contrary to its description on the cover). Because of it being little bit dry, this shade appears matte. I like matte lipsticks a lot and I think this might be one of the reasons that I like this lipstick. Staying power is average, for 4-5 hours (including eating session). It does not fade or gathers pigment on the fine lines of the lips. For wearing this lipstick long hours leaves a red tint on the lips for some time.
For my evening looks, I use this lipstick and even if not wearing too much makeup, this helps me get a very bright look. I have previously bought magenta lipsticks from different brands; they were more on the side of plum shade rather than red (like this one). So, overall, I loved this lipstick and the shade (though my Oriflame Pure Color lipstick shade is closer to the one Kareena wore) too. :P

- Decent product.
- Good packaging and outer look.
- Good brand.
- Survives Eating Session.
- Beautiful and bold shade.
Why I don’t like?:
- Stays for 4-5 hours.
- Does not moisture lips (as the brand claims).

Do I Recommend?:
Yes, it is great for evening makeup.
Would I Repurchase?:
Yes.
I have two shades from this range the hard texture is bit annoying
