Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil Passionately Gold Review

Hey all.. How are you? I am today here to review an eye pencil. Everyone knows how popular these pencils are and now I too love these. I bought two shades of this range which are the passionately gold 008 and moss green 004.

My Take:

This product looks like a plastic silver colored pencil. Packaging just looks good and cute. The cap is tight enough and is travel friendly. But I saw that the main product inside the pencil is soft and weak. So it can break easily if you do not keep it safe or handle properly. The expiry date is printed on the pencil itself. So you need not keep the outer cover at all.

As the name says, the shade is golden color. It has some glittery look and pigmented which it also shows on the skin as well. The pencil glides on the skin easily and doesn’t smudge also. Also it is waterproof. So even if splash some water on your face, it is not going to smudge at all. The product is so smooth like a gel liner. Just glide once and you are done. You need not apply a second coat at all. Even it gives a thick layer so if you glide more than once on your eyelid, it is not going to look that good, I guess.

It definitely stays long for at least 8-10 hours and then starts fading. For oily skinnies, it may stay minimum 5 hours. Moreover it stays on the waterline for hours. Isn’t that great? The swatch pic shows how a single stroke of it looks on the skin. It gives very good look but I think this shade suits fair skins better than dark beauties. It is perfect for golden eye makeup. But if you want to smudge it for smokey look, you need to be very quick. Smudge it as soon as possible because it is going to set on the skin so fast. The problem with this product is the price though it is a worth the price. Also I hate the sharpening process. Lots of the product gets wasted due to sharpening. Not only sharpening, since it is so smooth and weak, the product tends to break while sharpening.

Will I Recommend?: 

Of course I will. Why not? This product is really good and can give you a super look on any special occasion.
