Have you ever had an experience like this? You desperately want to try a product, so you keep searching and searching for that. You long for that one, but you don’t find that anywhere. You ride so many kilometers for that, you order that product in different places with a hope to get it soon.. Finally, you have that one in your hand after paying extra bucks for that. You have poured your heart over that, but it cheats you without any honor.. EXACTLY this one is.

My Take on Biotique Bio Coconut Whitening and Brightening Cream:

WHITENING AND BRIGHTENING  are the words I fell for (I know stupid me!). I had so many acne scars on my chin, which looked nasty. With an effort to clear them all, I went ahead with this.

To be frank I don’t even like to write a review for this product. But this is just to share my worst experience. First of all coming to the packaging, this is nothing fancy. Typical boring Biotique packaging. It has a wide mouth and one has to dip their fingers to take out the product. I know many of you girls will hate it.

Seriously telling, it doesn’t do even a single thing that it claims. I really had some great expectations on it. It’s a very thick cream that hardly smells of coconuts. It has some type of minty smell. Though it gets absorbed easily, it leaves an oily cast. Use how many ever tissues to blot, still you will have tons and tons of oil on your face.

Even the driest of all will feel it heavy. Just like you applied GREASE! NO WHITE. NO BRIGHT. The first day I applied it at night, it did not break out. Second day no, third day no. finally after a week this darling showed its work. Yes, I got 10 pimples all over my face.

Oh god, I was crying, shouting, what not? Still I dared to use it the next day. Again I broke out. It made my skin so worse than ever . My dark spots tripled up. That was the day, I chucked it up somewhere inside my drawer. I don’t use it anymore. Girls, I warn you don’t ever try this culprit. I know I sound very arrogant but it did nothing other than making me feel sick and dull with more and more spots. :( :( :(

 

PROS:

  • Seriously, nothing!

CONS:

  • Inconvenient packaging
  • Does nothing that it claims
  • Makes you look oily and dull
  • Breaks out so badly
  • Strong mint smell
  • Waste of money
