Elle 18 Eye Sparklers Blue Blast Review and Swatches

Today I am going to review the Elle 18 Eye Sparklers. These are one of the best affordable eye makeup products available in India.

Rs.85 for 1.5 g

 

My Take:

A stout fat crayon pencil is the typical look of Elle 18 eye sparklera. The body of the pencil is black in color. It has a transparent plastic cap to shut close the crayon pencil tip.

If you remember the camlin blue ink we used once upon a time in our high school, I don’t have to explain the blue further. It is the same blue inky shade with a little sheen in look.

The texture is creamy and glides well on the eyelids. It does not get clumpy or streaky while applying. It defines a thick line along the line of swiping. Looks very creamy and attractive. It is easily smudgable too in case you want to form a blue eye shadow layer on eyelid.

When drawn as a stiff line to form a thick broad eyeliner, there is nothing to complain about. It stays on amazingly without smudging or getting creased. But when used as a eye shadow spreading across entire eyelid, it smudges. It is good for about 2 hours after application. Then on it creases too. And the creasing is just clearly visible.

So, I always go for a blue eyeliner look on the upper lash line with this Elle 18 eye sparkler.

Overall, for the rate it is available at, it is definitely worth praising. For all the eye color beginners this is a product that will give confidence in using more sophisticated product later on.

• Bright shades fit for fun loving people.
• Very cheap at price.
• Excellent pigmentation.
• Makes a very good colored eyeliner. 

CONS:

• When used as an eye shadow, it creases heavily and smudges too.
