Maybelline baby lips have become most wanted lip balm in India since its arrival. It is available in 7 different shades. Today, I am going to review the Baby Lips Lip Balm in ‘Rose Addict’ variant.

My Experience:
I was pretty confused on choosing the shade and finally got Maybelline Baby Lips Rose Addict. You can see they advertise as new revolutionary lip balms with lots of good features. So, I wanted to test them.
Packaging: This Maybelline lip balm comes in a pink colored twist up tube which is easy to use and travel friendly. I find no problem with the packaging part.

Color, Texture and Fragrance: This lip balm is almost a translucent one with very mild rosy tint. This tint hardly shows up on lips. However if you have that pale pink lips, it might show up a bit but it settles like just a transparent balm on pigmented/dark lips. The fragrance is frutilicious and yummy!

How it works?: It is a soft and smooth one with SPF 16. It protects your lips from sun. I have a dry lips hence I need lip balm very badly. It hydrates my lips and keeps moisturized for 6 hours without any intake of food. It also withstand for 4 hours after cool drinks and light meal. I love tinted lip balms but this one is translucent. But I never mind. It doesn’t have any taste (sad) :(
PROS:

- It heals chapped lips
- It doesn’t melts like other lip balms
- Lips are well moisturized
- Affordable price
- It gives a glossy and shiny finish to the lips
CONS:
Hmm… I’m thinking and thinking. No, I couldn’t find out any.

Would I Repurchase?:
I am going to try some other shades from Baby Lips. Berry Crush and Cherry Kiss seems to be more attractive.
By the way I have a question.. What happened to Maybelline Lip Smooth Balm? (tinted balms with shades of strawberry, rose red) I can’t find them anywhere. Have they stopped production??

Nice one but my all time favourite Oriflame’s ‘Tender care lip balm’ is just amazing! I would rate Oriflame higher than this

Try cherry kiss Jenita, Its a perfect lip balm for those who wanted a tinted one. It makes your lips soft.

Jennyyy.. I used to have those Maybelline lip smooth lips balms.. the ones named Peach blossom, pink blossom, strawberry etc… What happened to them?? they stopped production?? :O They are best ones too in terms of tint though they aren’t that moisturizing like baby lips.
