Lakme Enrich Lip Color Strawberry Splash Review, Swatches and FOTD

Hello everyone!

Today I am going to review a red hot lipstick from Lakme. It is Lakme Enrich Lip Colour in the shade Strawberry Splash. My sister gifted me this lipstick long ago but I started using it recently and that’s why I am reviewing it now! :D

Price and Quality:

Rs. 225 for 4.4 gm

Almost everywhere from local stores to online sites.

My Experience:

Packaging: This product comes in typical Lakme packaging, a maroon plastic case. The name of the shade and number is written on the bottom. The packaging of the product makes it is travel friendly and user friendly but still for some reason I don’t like it.

Color: It’s a beautiful red color with a hint of pink. No matter how fair or dark your complexion is this color is going to look great on you.

Swatch:

Texture: This Lakme lipstick has a creamy texture to the extent that you don’t need to use any lip balm with this lipstick.

Pigmentation: This Lakme Enrich Lipstick in Strawberry Splash shade extremely pigmented. I have some pigmentation around my lips and just one swipe of this lipstick is enough to cover any kind of pigmentation.

Smell: The lipstick t smells strong which is quite irritating for my sensitive nose, but thanks to god that the smell does not last long.

Staying power: As this lipstick is extremely moisturizing, it stays almost 3-4 hours on my lips without any lip primer and after that it fades evenly without leaving any strain or tint. The color get transfer easily and tends to bleed; that’s a big con of this lippy :(

FOTD:

PROS:

  • Beautiful color will look good on every skin tone.
  • Moisturizing.
  • Staying power is pretty decent.
  • Affordable.
  • Easily available.
  • Great pigmentation.

CONS:

  • Tends to bleed, and easily transferable.
  • I don’t like the smell.
  • The staying power could be better.

Yes, sure.

 

Will I Repurchase?:

Not sure, I will try some other shades from this range.
