Hi All!

I am writing this post to help you out regarding natural and quick scrubs which are easily available in your kitchen. People who love their scrubs to be chemical free, natural, customized scrub according to ones skin type, gentle plus a bit strong scrub according to you convenience. It happens with everybody that we run out of our scrubs or for some or the other reason we cannot use it or don’t want to use it.

So, we will see how you can discover you own home-made, inexpensive, natural scrub?  Below are the main ingredients which you can use to make your scrub.

Moisturizing Sugar Scrub:

Sugar comes very handy when it comes to scrubs. You can use it by adding few drops of lemon juice. It helps in getting rid of dead skin by giving you a soft skin also you can expect it to work on your tanned areas. For better result you can grind the sugar in grinder.

Anti Tanning Rice Scrub:

Get a powdered form with the help of your grinder now, add honey to the mixture. Your scrub is ready to use. This scrub will protect your skin from wrinkles, sun damage. Honey works as a moisturizer and it also nourishes your skin.

Rejuvenating Coffee Scrub:

Take some coffee powder and add your favorite oil (which suits your skin, if you want you can add honey as well. Let me tell you coffee also works as an anti-cellulite. It plumps up your skin, also acts as an anti-ageing scrub.

Baking Soda Polisher Scrub:

Make a baking soda scrub by adding rose water or honey or you can also use oil. You can customize it the way you want. You can also use it with your face wash. This scrub helps in dealing with acne problems; it fades the acne scars if used regularly. You can use it as a skin polisher by adding oil to it.

Facial Scrubbing – Some Points To Follow:

  • Do not use the ingredient which doesn’t suit your skin.
  • For better result moisturize your face by massaging it with the help of moisturizer or an oil.
  • Be gentle while scrubbing.
  • Do not rub your face with towel after washing it
  • Use a good moisturizer after scrubbing
  • Never ever step out in sun without your sunscreen
  • Do not scrub your skin frequently, twice or thrice a week is enough.

Scrubbing Ingredients Available in Kitchen:

You can use any ingredient to make your own scrub. There are no hard and fast rules. You can use ingredients like oats, salt (Epsom salt), gram flour, Asafoetida, green gram flour etc. Make sure you use the ingredients according to your skin type.
