Nivea Pearl and Beauty Anti Perspirant Roll On Review

Hello ladies,

This is getting addictive for me; reading and writing reviews. Very soon I am going to run out of products from my cupboard to write reviews about. How y’all doing? So far it has been a fantastic year for me.
Thanks to MABH, I am pursuing something that I like, writing.


Today I shall be talking about Nivea Pearl and Beauty Anti Perspirant Roll On. I have previously reviewed the Nivea Whitening Deodorant Anti Perspirant Roll On in which I had shared some gyan about deodorants and anti-perspirants. So, here, I will directly head into the review. (That toy in the picture belongs to my nephew. I put it there just to add some colour to the picture) :D

 

Price & Quantity:

Rs 165 for 50 ml.

 

Key Ingredients:

Aqua, Aluminium Chlorohydrate, PPG-15 Stearyl Ether, Steareth-21, Parfum, Hydrolyzed Pearl, Persea Gratissima Oil, Trisodium EDTA.


Usage Directions:

Apply on the underarms directly. Do not apply on clothes.

 

Shelf Life:

30 months from the date of manufacture.

 

My Experience:

Packaging: It comes in a glass bottle with a round cap and the typical roll on thingy. Travel friendly but no harm in being extra careful with the glass bottle. However, being glass it is recyclable :) bonus points there from me.

Color & Fragrance: The color is white as you can see from the swatch. The texture is a little liquidy and it takes a few seconds to completely dry out. However it does not leave behind any whitish cast and completely vanishes in a while.The fragrance is very refreshing and flowery. It is very mild and will not irritate those with sensitive noses.

 

How it works for me: I actually picked this one as I wanted a break from the other variant from Nivea. The claim that it gives beautiful under arms also got me here but I am skeptical as to what exactly beautiful underarms are. Anyway, I am happy with this roll on too.
Once again a hit with me. I liked its fresh and flowery smell though it is not as refreshing as its sister roll on, the whitening one. This one also claims 48 hour protection which I will not vouch for as I do shower at least once a day. But otherwise, it does keep oneself odour-free for a really long time.
I like that it does not claim too much and it is indeed a good product for the price, quality and quantity, but, I like my whitening one better maybe because of its refreshing citrusy smell. The quantity will last you quite a while. This one also takes a while to completely dry out.

 

PROS:

  • It is available everywhere.
  • Price is not much for the quality and quantity.
  • Long lasting fragrance which is very refreshing.
  • A little goes a long way.
  • Dermatologically tested.
  • Recyclable.
  • Small and travel friendly.

 

CONS:

  • Being a glass bottle also has its cons of possible breakage.
  • Takes a while to completely dry out.
  • Not as refreshing as the whitening roll on probably because of the lack of licorice and witch hazel extracts in it.

 

Rating: 4.9/5 (Whitening gets 5/5 you see….)

 

Do I Recommend?:

I definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants to try out newer roll ons. It is worth every penny.

 

Would I Repurchase?:

I am not sure but I may if I get bored of the Nivea whitening roll on.
