Warm water bath
Soon after you wake up, rush in to the bathroom and have a quick warm water bath with a mild nourishing body wash or a shower gel. Go for cream based moisturizing soaps if you have dry skin. Oily people skinned should go for a good oil control body wash. As much as possible, avoid using soap for facial wash because soap has a lot of harmful chemicals which are lesser in face washes. Soap free mild face washes those doesn’t irritate your skin is best for facial use. After having a bath, gently wipe your skin with soft cotton towel. This calming warm water bath in early morning boosts up your mental, physical energy and helps your body skin get rid of dirt, sweat and bacteria. After bathing, go to the terrace and relax! Breathe in the fresh oxygen well for few minutes. Fresh oxygen not only helps you in maintaining a good health, but also a very good skin.

Natural Toning of Skin
Got pure oxygen for your skin and you? Come down. Now you are going to tone your skin for extra glow. You can use any good branded toners which suits your skin type or go for homemade natural ones. Don’t worry I’ll teach you how to make one. Take a glass of clean water. Mix 2 teaspoons of lime juice to it and refrigerate it. After cleansing face, apply this toner on your facial skin with soft cotton and allow your skin to absorb it. This will tighten skin and helps removing tan by lightening naturally.
Rose water can also be used as a wonderful skin toner. I’ll give your few more recipes.  If you are okay with using ice cube toners on your skin, blend fresh strawberries with a cup of water. Filter the extract and make it as ice cubes by setting it in your freezer! :) That’s all. Homemade ice cube fruit toner is ready to use. This toner can be used within 5 to 7 days when refrigerated. Likewise, you can make different fruit skin toners with your favorite fruits and vegetables. Eg: Apple, papaya, tomato, carrot etc.

Moisturizing Face and Body Skin
More than the importance we give to cleansing and toning processes, our skin need to be moisturized without fail whatever our skin type is. By cleansing, the skin would have lost excess moisture. To restore it and to bring out the original glow you need to give nourishment to your skin. Use a good branded moisturizer for your facial skin and a good body lotion to nourish hands, feet and all over your body. Keep in mind, you should concentrate more on dry parts like knees, elbows more while applying your body lotion.
As same as the toner, you can also make your own simple body lotion by yourself. This is a very simple procedure. All you have to do is, pour 3/4 parts of glycerin and 1/2 parts of fresh rose water in a old body lotion container of jar. Shake well. This lotion can be used to moisturize your body skin whenever needed. It is chemical free, very natural and hence it will be a great boon to dry skins in winter and can also be used on children skin.
