BAKING SODA
- Mix baking soda with hydrogen peroxide to form a paste.
- Apply this paste over your teeth, leaving gums. After 10 minutes gargle your mouth with plenty of water.
- After this process, brush your teeth with normal toothpaste to wash out the chemical residues. Pearly white glittering teeth is all yours ! It removes the yellow plaque and bleaches your teeth.
DANDRUFF HOME REMEDY WITH BAKING SODA
- Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with your regular shampoo and blend well.
- Use this shampoo to clean and wash your hair. This will give good results by eliminating dandruff from the first wash itself :)
EXFOLIATING FACE AND BODY SCRUB
- Apply the paste of BAKING SODA + ROSE WATER to your skin.
- Leave it for 10 minutes and gently tap with water using fingers.
- Take a loofah pad and gently (Not too harsh) scrub your skin for a good exfoliation process. It removes all the dead skin cells to give you a glowing, even toned fair skin.
