Good day everyone!
Today I’m sharing my first impressions on the newly launched Infallible Reno range from L’Oreal Paris! I’m trying these products for a while now after trying out the pure reds collection of lipsticks which was my favorite!
Soon after I got to know about this new launch, I was curious to try the products since the foundation comes in ’11 shades’ (which is not so usual in India!) and claims 24 hour stay power! I’ve been eyeing out for one such foundation since long time.
Being dusky skinned, it’s no wonder why it made me happy since most of the foundations, concealers and even BB creams come with the ‘one shade for everyone’ tag (in India) that makes it impossible for me to try them out no matter how good they are! Foundations rarely get launched with more than 3-4 shades here. This range, consisting of different shade options impressed me when I first heard about it!
My First Impressions
L’Oreal Paris Infallible 24H Reno Liquid Foundation : I got the foundation in two shades (Ambre Amber 300, Caramel Toffee 320) which are close to my skin tone. Out of the two, Caramel Toffee is my closest match with yellow undertones!
The product comes in a glass container with a press-type dispenser. I find the packing so good since I can take out the product needed! One pump suffices the entire face application and I often take out less than half a pump of the product to mix with my regular moisturizer (This gives a fresh, dewy effect as that of a BB cream) The foundation offers medium-high coverage and a lovely matte finish without looking flat on the skin! I’ve more to talk about it which I’ll do in the detailed review! For now, this is the best foundation I tried till date.
Price : Rs. 1325
L’Oreal Paris Infallible 24H Reno Powder Foundation : The press power is no less than the foundation! It got it in the shade Warm Sand 245. It increases the longevity of the foundation by providing an excellent matte finish which again doesn’t look flat or artificial. It settles like a second skin providing good coverage! I also use it without the foundation and it works great that way as well! I’m so excited to do a makeup look with the combo tomorrow for a wedding reception party!
Price : Rs.1250
Overall, I’m very thrilled to use this range for my upcoming makeup looks! I am really impressed of the quality of the foundation and the press powder from this new Reno Infalliable range from L’Oreal Paris! Since the foundation comes in 11 shades, and the compact, in 6 shade I suppose you’ll find your close match for sure!
Stay tuned for the detailed reviews and the makeup looks!
