Today I am going to review one of the best budget friendly kajals available in the Indian market. It is the Elle 18 Black Kajal which claims to contain almond extracts. Let us check how it works.
My Take on Elle 18 Kajal:
This kajal comes in a girly black, twist up type plastic bullet. Unlike pencil kajals, there is no need for sharpening; hence no wastage. The product is packed well. Its easy to use, travel friendly and mess free. But I highly doubt about the the ease-of-usage getting reduced due to the cone shaped product.
The color of this kajal is dark black and it glides smoothly onto the eye lids and water line. The texture is creamy and smooth; so no tugging or tightness. The kajal defines your eye with a beautiful glossy black shade.
The staying power of this kajal is about 3-5 hours and after that it fades leaving a black tint on your water line. Though I have many waterproof black kajals/kohls in my stash, I want this one so badly to line my waterline for short visits 🙂 May be to a super market or friends house? (You really cant wear and remove a stubborn water proof kajal for 10 minute visits! Right?)
The kajal is very mild and it never hurts my sensitive eyes. Overall, this is a must buy kajal for school/college girls and girls who want that dark kajal for short visits; which gets removed easily with a regular face wash. I absolutely love this kajal! Thank you Elle 18.
