Today I am going to review the most affordable lipstick available in Indian market, of course an Elle 18 one. Elle 18 has recently launched few new shades and this is one of them. Keep reading to know more about the Coral Romance lipstick from Elle 18 Color Pops range.

Rs. 100 for 4.3 ml
My Take:
Packaging: This Elle 18 lipstick comes in a black plastic case with a animated girl pouting. The packaging is girly, simple, user friendly and travel friendly. In one word I love the cute packaging.
Color and Pigmentation: This lipstick has a beautiful bright coral shade which every girl would love to have. The best thing about this lipstick is that it gives matte finish and it is free from any kind of shimmer.
The lipstick is extremely moisturizing but the pigmentation is not so good. 2-3 swipes are needed to show the original coral color on pigment free lip.s On pigmented lips this color won’t look good.
Texture and Fragrance: This lipstick has a super soft creamy texture that glides smoothly even on my not so soft lips. It has a sweet fruity smell which is bit irritating for my sensitive nose but thank god the smell does not last longer.
Staying power: As this Elle 18 Color Pop lipstick is extremely moisturizing and creamy it does not last long on my lips. It stays only for 1-2 hours maximum but at 100 INR we can’t really expect more :P
Overall it is a super pretty shade for fair to dusky skin beauties. if you are a dark skinned beauty then you can give this a pass and go for any other shade from heir range :)
My Makeup Look:
PROS:
- Coral romance is an extremely beautiful shade.
- The lipstick is Inexpensive
- It has a moisturising formula
- Elle 18 lipsticks are easily available
- The packaging is nice.
- The lipstick smells okay
- Gives a good matte finish
- It is a shimmer free lipstick
CONS:
- Staying power of this lipstick is not so good
- Might not suit dark skinned beauties
