I think this December is a lucky month for me :) I am winning blog awards and contests for the very first time. I am very happy to inform you that I won the first prize in Lakme Fruit Blast Fest Contest conducted by the Facebook Page of Lakme. I won a Blackberry Curve Mobile and a Lakme Gift Hamper which contains 5 Fruit Face washes mmmm yummyy :P The contest is over now and I got my mobile a week ago, just wanted to share my experience here with you my friends! First let me show you the gifts I won.

The package was really cute and amazing with a gift card printed “Congratulations” inside it. On the other side of the gift card, it is printed “Lakme Fruit Blast Face washes”. I clicked the gift hamper soon after I received it.

I fell in love with the Face washes more than my Blackberrryy Curve :D Snapped them in various positions.
I love each and every face wash of this gift set because they smells yummy with natural fruit ingredients! :)

Okay!!Now I’ll share my experience about how I got into the contest and won the first prize :D (The second prize is Mp3 player and the third prizes are only the hampers) This contest was open to all Indian residents and I won the first prize :D Do you know what is the contest about?? Nothing much.. It’s just like a photo contest! It’s needed to upload our photo on their wall and send in entries, the person who get more votes (Like) wins the contest! I am very happy to say that I wont the contest in a lead! I got nearly 420 votes and thanks for all such good friends who voted for me and made me win the contest!
Now I’ll show you all the face washes and I’ll just give few lines about what I like in them soon after I smelt and viewed (I did not start using the face washes except the Perfect Radiance one, you can expect my reviews on these face washes soon. I am sure I’ll review the Perfect Radiance one first )
Lakme Fruit Blast Face Washes and My First Impressions
I have not started to use them yet, so my impression over them is based on fragrance and consistency, you can expect my detailed reviews on them sooner.
Strawberry Face Wash (Gentle Exfoliant for Smooth Skin)
My First Impression : It’s a gel based face wash with a lovely strawberry fragrance. I am sure that it will be a boon to everyone who loves strawberries. It really smells soo much yummy :D
Melon Melt Fruit Quench Face Wash (With Muskmelon and Watermelon)
My First Impression : It’s a yellowish gel like face wash with lulla fibres floating in it (meant for exfoliation I think). I am not a great fan of melons so they don’t smell much as good as the strawberry one to me but still I cannot say that it smells bad at all. It has a good fruity smell which melon lovers might like :P
Perfect Radiance Fairness Face Wash (With White Lilly and Sacred Lotus)
My First Impression : The face wash is really very smooth, creamy and it does smells little like Lilly for me really. I am using this one right now but I wont tell you now the results :P (It’s secret, read in my upcoming post when I review it) I loved the cute pink packaging too.
Berry Lush Fruit Energizing Face Wash (With Strawberries and Raspberries)
My First Impression : The color is little darker than the strawberry face wash and it is gel based too. Even though the smell is similar to the strawberry face wash, I loved that one better than this according to fragrance. If I give 5/5 for strawberry face wash’s fragrance, I will just give this one 4.9. Loving it too!!
Citrus Rain Fruit Detox Face Wash (With Mandarin Extracts)
My First Impression: When I read the cover and smelt it, the first thing I got into my mind is “It would suit oily skins better”. The mandarin extracts may remove excess oil and cleanse skin I feel. Hmm Let’s see how it works after I start using it. I thought that this one will be gel based too, but it’s creamy like the perfect radiance one. Lovely mandarins delivers sweet and yummy citrus fragrance :)
Hmmm.. These are just my impressions about the face washes, I will surely review each and everyone of them soon with pictures and pros and cons. Just wanted to share my happiness with you all friends, hope I didn’t bore you :P I am going to have a lakme new year.. This is the First ever gift hamper I win and I am in love with it totally :) Thank you for reading this post and supporting me much in my blogging journey..
