I created the blog in 2011 during my high school days and then went on to regret the domain name. More than writing, I love my kitchen-experiments; currently hoarding cast iron pans.
TGIF and I believe you are looking forward to a relaxing weekend. I am going to be solving a reader query today and I hope you will find my ideas useful! (And hey, I’ll be going to a movie this evening! I’ll share more about it on the Just Like That series)
In the recent past, I hadn’t been paying much attention to my body skin! I ignored skin care and started using random shower gels/bathing bars that literally ruined my skin! I wanted to hop into the shower and leave as quickly as possible – to save the time. Only those VERY foamy, gets-washed-off-in-a-jiffy kind of cleansing products occupied my bath and body stash!
As I was settling back to my normal routine gradually, I wanted to go back to my favorite drugstore bath and body products! Dove soaps are a few of them. Ever since I was a kid, I love Dove soaps! I’d used all the variants of their bathing bar launched in India; the normal cream bathing bar, the exfoliating bar, the pink-rosa bar and this go-fresh variant is the latest one I tried! I’ve been using it for a few months now (not daily, though) and here is my review on it! (I mostly use this during day time and for my night showers, I’m using Neutrogena Rain Bath Shower Gel – will review it shortly!)
Today, I’m doing an outfit post in association with Shoppers Stop, which happens to be one of the famous shopping portals in India for clothes, accessories, homeware and a lot of other stuff.
The kurta from Biba is priced at Rs.1999; available at shopperstop; it is elegant, neat and I think it’d make a great party wear! I paired up it with my gold jewelry and created a simple look today.
Today, I shall be sharing my thoughts on the French Eau De Toilette from Enchanteur! I’ve previously tried their scented body lotions and I really like the brand for how well they formulate their products with the finest, romantic fragrances every time when there’s a new launch! The product that has been featured today is no exception.
Enchanteur says – the EDT carries unique floral fragrances with the essence of romance, formulated with premium international ingredients such as Bulgarian Roses, White Jasmine, Cedarwood and Muguet!
I hope the new year is treating you well! I somehow felt the blog was getting monotonous with only reviews and DIY posts lately! And so today I’m introducing this new series where I’ll be blogging about my shopping experiences in and around Chennai!
I happened to go on a shopping trip to T. Nagar last Saturday and since then, I’ve been penning down my experience to craft a blog post for you! This is the first time I’m doing something like this – a shopping guide kind of post. (So that you can shop with ease!) I hope you find the post useful. If you do, please subscribe to the blog and leave your comments below!
It feels so good talking to you here after a long time! I’m slowly getting back to work (Mom is doing great!) and I’ve been working with a few new writers in the recent past to create great content for you! (You can expect new posts everyday!)
Did I tell you I’m finishing up most of the pending work that accumulated in previous months? (Pending orders, writing projects, etc.) But yes, YES! I’ve still a lot more to complete! I was about to collaborate with a couple of bloggers for a giveaway. It has been pending for a long time now since I went on a leave for mom’s surgery. I also have a few pending blogging projects to work on!
But my Mr.Tom decided to chew on my DSLR’s USB cable (because I won’t let him chew my plants!) and here I’m, doing nothing, unable-to-transfer-the-picures to my PC! My camera has inbuilt WiFi but my phone is also broken at the same, making it a disastrous coincidence!
So these are a few glimpses I wanted to share with you today!
