The Body Shop Banana Conditioner Review

Hello everyone!

This is my very first post on MABH and I’m more than glad to be here, all thanks to Lancy! ♥

Bananas should be termed as the all-rounder fruit in the fruit kingdom for their various benefits for your hair, skin and overall body. Before starting to lift weights, I used to avoid bananas at all cost thinking it will just make me gain fat but now my thinking is otherwise.

This potassium and fibre loaded fruit helps in making your hair soft and shiny, prevents split ends, controls dandruff, improves hair texture and promotes hair growth. So, I decided to give the Banana conditioner by The Body Shop a try and I will be reviewing it today!

My Views

The conditioner comes in a transparent and sturdy bottle. It has a flip-open cap; it closes with a click and would not leak if you want to travel with it in your bag! It claims soft and tangle free hair with it’s banana puree formula!

The hue of the conditioner is yellow and the texture is thick but it is quite manageable!

I bought this conditioner because the idea of having banana in my conditioner sounded quiet pleasing. The fragrance is not harsh but something which everyone would love. It is delightful and your hair would smell amazing after you use the product. I always get asked which shampoo/conditioner I use since everyone around me seems to love the way my hair smells!

My hair is waist length and straight but I did face the issue of split ends which the conditioner did help me manage. It targets your split ends and makes you hair really soft. I saw a considerate difference in my hair texture after I started using this conditioner. In fact, you can see visible difference after just a single use. I combine the conditioner with The Body Shop Anti Dandruff Ginger Shampoo and my hair turns all shiny, silky and smooth!

The quantity offered in a single bottle is enough to last you at least 2-3 months if you wash your hair 2-3 times a week!
