Natures Essence Magic Papaya Anti Blemish Cream Review

Hi everyone!

I am here to review a product from one of the trusted brands in India – Nature’s essence! I have tried out many products from this brand out of which my favorites are the sun tan removal cream and the aloe vera gel.

Actually, my sister is the one who picked up this product. When she went to her in-laws home after that purchase, she forgot to pack this one and that was how I got my hands over this product!

My Views

The product comes in an orange colored plastic tub, much similar to the packaging of their popular sun ban cream. Once you unscrew the cap, you can see a plastic lid to protect your product from getting into a mess!

The cream is orange-pinkish colored and is thick in consistency than the other face packs. You have to dig in with your hands to take out the product. I save the little spoon that comes with bleach kits for applying products that comes in this sort of packaging. I highly suggest you to use a spoon, else it will enter into your nails and it is really irritating to clean it out.

The content as such felt heavy for me to apply. I usually wash my face and instead of pat drying completely, I do it partly and that helps me so much in applying this one. If you want you can use a bit of rose water to loosen your pack, to ease the process of application. We need to spread it out on our face taking enough for our time and effort. You get a strong smell and it lingers there for some time. It almost felt like a Multani Mitti pack, it was as if I was wearing a mask (If applied on dry skin!)

I felt like this has a strong scent of cinnamon over that of papaya. It starts to dry out after some 10 minutes post application. Due to the thick consistency, it is quite difficult to remove from the skin and it leaves a white cast after washing out.

The product label mentions nothing about how often you have to use it to get optimum results, which is a huge disappointment for me.  The product is better used as a part of your regular skin care routine!

Rating : 3.5/5

It takes time to show results and one has to remain patient with this. Hence, there is no magic going to happen without patience! Over time i.e., with a single tub itself, this helps to even out your skin. Also the spots and blemishes have started to lighten, though, in a very slow phase.

I do not have any pigmentation or dark circles, so I can’t really comment there. I haven’t noticed any peeling action with the use of this product and I am actually skeptical about that part as well. Has anyone got an idea about that? Do you think a natural product can do some peeling action? Do share your thoughts!
