Hello, people! Today I shall be sharing my quick review on the MemoryFab capsules from Zenith Nutrition! It is enriched with Ginkgo Biloba and other plant extracts to help improve memory in a natural manner. Let’s dig into the details!
The product comes in a silver-grey plastic bottle which is securely placed inside a carton. (Similar to that of Hairfab!) The bottle consists of 60 vegi capsules. The capsules are olive green in color with a slight muddy hue. (Plants extracts, you see!) It’s good that these are purely vegetarian capsules, free from preservatives and such. The capsules are large in size but never gives a trouble during the swallow. They’re tasteless as well!
Coming to the contents – Ginkgo Biloba is a tree which is used as a food source; and also in dietary supplements to enhance the cognitive function in human. Studies found Ginkgo helps curing Alzheimer disease up to a good extent. One interesting fact about this tree is that it is called ‘silver apricot’ in Japan! They’ve been using its seeds for years in desserts and other food items.
The product also contains Brahmi (called as Vallaarai in Tamil) and Madooka Parni! The Brahmi just strikes my mind. My parents used to get us these green colored candies made of ‘Vallaarai (aka Brahmi) when I was a kid’. They tell me how I’d score 100% in Maths if I eat those but I don’t remember eating it even once since it was ‘green’. (Chuck Mathematics! I had an aversion to medicine cum candies!) but I remember how they were talking about its memory enhancing powers. Spotting it as an ingredient in this supplement gave me more hope on how it’s really going to work. It isn’t a chemical based supplement at last but a natural memory enhancer that anybody can take without fears.
Note : Madooka parni is also called as Gotu Kola in India. When I searched for its Tamil name on the internet, I surprisingly got ‘vallaarai’ as the answer, for this one too! So, I assume Brahmi and Madooka parni added to this product are from the same family, with same capabilities of improving memory in human! Good thing.
Considering it is a natural product, I was not at all hesitated to suggest this to my dad – who has turned 65 this year. It is not that he suffers from memory loss issues; he’s attentive, healthy etc but it is just to improve his concentration after all the work he does. Though he doesn’t work outside our home now (retired from teaching students in the college!) he has a LOT to do with the business and stuff. He hardly gets time to take rest; he takes care of all the back-end business works. Hence, I feel a supplement like this would help to keep this mind active, attentive and fresh without much stress!
It is too early to say how it impacts his memory but I shall keep you all updated about the results! He says he feels tension-free already, which is a good sign. He’d love to continue it for a long time if it works for him. I’m sure it will, considering every other Zenith Nutrition product we tried was a hit.
Price : Rs.1350 for 60 capsules
P.S: Two more interesting facts about Ginkgo Biloba – It is believed that the tree lives for more than 1500 years, with up to 115 feet growth. These trees are largely cultivated in China!
