First of all let me tell you one thing. I have browsed and struggled a lot all these while for my hair growth in the internet. But I don’t know why, I got a sigh of relief when I saw MABH. Thanks to you for that.
I have immediately decided to take part in your hair growth challenge. And I would like to get the oil and follow the instructions as suggested by you. Also please let me know the extra home care remedies that I need to follow along with this on your experience.
With respect to my hair growth, I had almost hip length hair up up to my 10th grade. Also, I have been changing cities every three years due to my fathers job and finally settled in Chennai. Slowly, my hair fall increased and I lost a lot of hair and volume drastically decreased. Now after marriage, I have moved to Bangalore and again I have a climate and water change and am experiencing the same. So I would be very happy if your product works for me.
Current hair care routine : I apply oil before bathing or a night before taking head bath. I wash it atleast twice a week because my hair easily gets oily within two days after the wash and also gets dirty. I apply a shampoo which I got from a Siddha doctor and rinse and wash. Sometimes I apply curry leaves with curd in my hair and then wash after 20 minutes. I don’t apply oil regularly after taking head bath i.e on a daily basis. I generally don’t apply oil and I feel that is my mistake so far
Current diet/sleep routine : I sleep for 6.5 to 7 hours a day. I eat a direct brunch around 11 AM. And have tea in the evening around 5 PM. Then a small tiffin sometimes around 6.30. Then dinner between 8.30 to 9.30 PM.
Overall, with respect to my hair care routine, very honest to reveal that I haven’t maintained properly especially oiling part. I would love to follow everything after reading your blog now. I would love to have a thick hair and I hope to get the same with your product. I am expecting a little long hair with good volume. So that it looks good while tied up.

Please check your diet pattern if you’re losing your hair at an alarming rate. Your sleep routine sounds good to me. But having brunch directly without breakfast might contribute to hair loss since it affects your health adversely. I’d experienced this; and I encountered lesser shed/faster growth when I had breakfast in time continuously for a month. So if possible, try to have breakfast in time and mention on your first update if you incorporated it or not/and the changes it made to your hair. I suggest you NOT to skip your meal because that’s very important for your health and the health of your hair! (To grow out long hair, eating right is as important as the routine!)
And I suggest you to use drinking water for the last rinse, if possible – if in case you think the hair loss is caused due to the change in water. (This simple tweak has helped me a lot in recent days!) Not only it does reduce the shed, but it also helps add shine to your hair!
