L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect 20+ Anti Imperfections Whitening Cream : Review, Photos {Meet Katrina Contest!}

Hey people!

I recently shared my first impressions on the L’Oreal Paris skin perfect range! I’d say this range is very innovative because of the ‘personalized’ concept. They’ve products for each age group which helps address the skin care needs of every woman. I’ve been using the 20+ variant of the anti-impressions cream for the last few weeks and today I’m sharing my complete review!

Price : Rs.99 for 18g; Rs.325 for 50g

Loreal paris skin perfect 20+ whitening cream review

My Views:

The product comes in a neat glass jar with a sturdy screw lid. The cream is very thick, smooth and creamy. It has a consistency as that of a cake icing. I was wondering how it’d suit oily skin types however it goes lighter once applied! It easily melts into the skin and spreads evenly. However, since the product is thick, you will need to blend it quickly in order to achieve an even finish. Once blended, it settles into matte finish; doesn’t feel powdery at all!

Soon after the application, my face looks instantly brightened up! The formula is not drying though being matte; Hence, it is going to suit oily and normal-oily skin types very well! If you have a very dry skin, you will need an extra moisturizer beneath it. It claims to contain UV filters and I’ve experienced less to no-tanning while wearing it; so I suppose I’ll not need a sunscreen separately unless otherwise I’m going to be under the under sun for long hours.

Coming to the results; they are quite impressive! My chickenpox marks have already started fading. And the marks left by my heat acne have almost vanished since I started using the product. It moisturizers my skin aptly and protects it from the sunlight that passes through my room window. (My skin is even sensitive to that!). I’ve been using this cream during the day and kumkumadi tailam at the night and I can see my skin clearing off fast!

Likes:

  • Smooth and light texture!
  • Leaves skin matte without drying it
  • No powdery finish.
  • Has sun protection!
  • Fades uneven skin with regular usage
  • Apt for oily, normal-oily skinned girls!
  • Comes in a small tube as well – affordable!

Dislikes:

  • This can’t be exactly taken as a dislike but using too much at once may get ashy on darker skin tones! (Due to the SPF content?!)

Final Verdict :

I am very impressed with the product so far! It has been working great on my skin. I don’t easily believe every skin care product as my skin has turned a LOT more sensitive in recent days. This anti perfections cream from L’Oreal Paris is overall a great product for 20+ girls and you will like it you are into a matte finish that doesn’t dry out your skin!

My mom and aunt are equally impressed with the product! There reviews on 40+ amd 30+ variants will be up very shortly!

  1. Love the review, sweetheart!! :) I’ve used this cream, and it’s really really good! :) However, it does leave this gray-ish finish! :)

  2. I have bought it with so many expectations but this cream made my skin stretchy and dry though my skin is combination type. It also caused acne zits on my face. Now I use the dibba as paper weight only

  3. Just bought it today and I feel positive about it. Reading many negative reviews online made me skeptical about using it but then can’t rely on online reviews sometimes. Follow your instincts. So when i came across ur review i felt good about my choice. I have pimple marks and pigmentation so i bought this along with body shop tea tree scrub. I am also also using ponds activated carbon face wash. I will share my experience later on. Thanks for writing honest reviews.
