Today, I am going to share one more Khoobsurat moment that I experienced recently. It was during the photo session of an OOTD post, that I published after a really long time on the blog.
I purchased this Zebra printed maxi dress online while I was surfing for animal print outfits. Do check my haul HERE. When it reached me, I loved it like anything. The look and texture of the dress was more than what I expected. I completely liked it! I thought to make an outfit post and got the photos clicked for the same. Due to the clarity of my camera (lens got scratched.. oops) I couldn’t get the pictures with nice quality. Hence, I was really in two minds and hesitant about posting it on the blog. But as I’d already announced that I’d be making an outfit post, I proceeded to publish and voila.! I got so many compliments on the outfit and how I looked on it.
For this OOTD, I wore the Zebra dress along with my new leopard pumps that I purchased from the same site (Lovelyshoes) I made the makeup minimal with bold coral lips (It was actually subtle compared to how bold it looks on the picture) and.. then.. my long untied hair! I didn’t wash my hair the day I clicked pictures for the post. However, it looked decent, neat and straight with slight waves; of course it would be, after all I Said Yes to Colour!I was overwhelmed when I received so many comments on the post from my readers. You can check the post HERE. That was when I really felt ‘khoobsurat!’. They complimented on how tall I am, my dress and especially my hair!! I recently colored my hair with L’Oreal Paris Casting Creme Color at home and hence I believe, it will look more good and lustrous on upcoming OOTD posts! I’ll start concentrating on them once I get a new DSLR. Do you have any suggestions?
