I am not a person who is very conscious about her hair style all the time! but yes, I love my hair. I oil it, maintain it, use hair packs few times a month and wants to grow it out. All I wanted were (are) to grow out my hair longer and nothing else!. After coloring it black with Casting Creme Gloss – Ebony Black before few days (which was my long time wish), things changed. I started admiring my hair more!
I started receiving compliments on how my new hair color looks.. how smooth my hair falls etc. I only used to get compliments on how long my hair looks, the texture etc.. but about the color.. its something new.. and exciting as well!
Yesterday, I was braiding my hair as usual to avoid tangling. It’s the way I wear my hair when I am at home. I’d always like to flaunt my hair free when I step out. So when I was combing through the strands, my dad noticed it and told me how good my hair looks after coloring it black. He noticed how the brown-hued strands were all covered. He usually don’t comment on such things and so it was a complete surprise for me! Especially since I was able to do this at home in 20 minutes! I started loving my hair more and taking much care of it. I am one lazy girl when it comes to hair packs. But now, I feel khoobsurat with all the compliments I get and hence, I am getting a hair spa this weekend to pamper and rejuvenate my new love, my black hair! 🙂
Before coloring, I had to answer SO many questions to myself inside my head. I never wanted to damage my hair AT ANY COST! I was skeptical, I was hesitant.. but after all, I did it and I am totally loving my new hair color and the glossy texture it provided. When people compliment on something you have, you feel up and try to make it more better. Right? That’s how I do feel now – khoobsurat!
So that’s it. I’ll definitely share with you the results after getting my hair spa done this weekend. Do check my previous hair spa tutorial HERE. This time, I am trying something new. I am thrilled that it would make my hair more shinier and healthier! I can’t wait to try a number of irresistible trend ideas on my newly coloured hair from Get The Look. Stay tuned for the tutorial!
