Today I’m sharing my opinion on Figaro Olive Oil. This is the only olive oil I have used from childhood till date. I don’t think they have even changed the packing for so many years. Olive oil is loaded with tons of health and beauty benefits. Lets check out in what ways olive oil can be incorporated in beauty regime.

My Take on Figaro Olive Oil:
The product comes in a dark green colour rectangular tin. The screw type cap fits tightly but mechanism is not user friendly. Very carefully the oil has to be poured otherwise the whole top portion is going to get messed up. Totally the packing looks classy but not ease to use. The oil is light in texture and mildly scented which I like. It is light golden green in colour and easy to spread on skin. The oil claims to be edible and nutrition facts is listed. There is no other specific usage instructions mentioned in the tin. Apart from using this in Salads and pasta, let us see the beauty benefits of this oil.
For hair care:
I always like circulating my hair oil. You can use this oil in any hair mask you prepare at home. I am unsure about this oil triggering hair growth but it does make you hair smooth. When ever I use this oil on my hair before hair wash, I am left with soft and smooth hair!! This olive oil is non sticky and light, hence easily absorbed by hair. Olive oil is also known to cure dandruff.
For skin care:
I love using this to treat dry skin. The best part is that the skin absorbs the oil in a jiff. On facial skin also I use this, trsust me no breakouts so far. Still if you are specific to use only extra virgin (cold pressed) oil for face, this is not for you. When ever I feel my palms dry, I sugar scrub them for couple of minutes and wash them in warm water followed by olive oil massage. Olive oil helps to maintain skin’s elasticity and posses anti-bacterial properties. I have heard it’s a good makeup remover, not tried though. Olive oil can be used to massage any part of the body including lips and cuticles.
