My Take on Patanjali Orange Aloe Vera Face Wash:

First talk about its packaging and texture. It comes in a white tube with a sturdy flip open cap which is also white in color. There is no chance of leakage, hence you can easily carry it in your hand bag during travelling. The fragrance is slightly orangey, but not too strong. Sensitive noses shouldn’t have any problem with this.

The face wash is peachy white color, creamy in texture and a little thick in nature. It lathers really well and a tiny amount is sufficient to cover the whole face and neck. It cleanses all dirt and gives a clean, smooth and glowing skin. But unfortunately it left my normal skin a little dry. The tube says that the product is for normal to oily skinned people, and this is right. I manage this dry feeling by applying moisturizer. Actually I love the glow on my face due to this face wash.

It is very affordable like other patanjali products. You can give it try without any second thought.  As you see it has neem and tulsi for skin goodness, so I think it might be helpful for pimples, acne, etc. I am not sure about that because I have not any that type of problem.

Why I like this Face Wash?:

  • It is ayurvedic.
  • A small amount is enough for a single use
  • Easy on wallet
  • Cleanses well and gives a smooth, glowing skin
  • Sturdy and travel friendly

Why I don’t like this Face Wash?:

  • I need a moisturizer after using it.
  • Available only at patanjali stores
  • It is soap based.

MABH Rating: 3.5/5

Final Verdict:

It is a very decent face wash. If you have oily skin then must try this. And if you have normal/dry skin then apply a moisturizer after using it. I am going to repurchase it, actually it is my fourth one. :P (me and my hubby both love it so much)

  1. I have used Patanjali face wash and shampoo. They are both soap based and seems harsh without any moisturizer or conditioning…After using these, my skin and hair did not feel soft and natural. I don’t like Patanjali face wash or shampoo.
