Colorbar I Define Eye Pencil Moss Green 004 Review

by Gayatri

Hey all!
So today I am here with another colorbar eye pencil review which is Colorbar I Define Eye pencil in Moss Green. These pencils have become so popular for their staying power, quality, etc. I’ve already reviewed Colorbar I Glide pencil in Passionately Gold on MABH before. I was thinking to get a green shade and so chose this one from the I Define range.

My Take on Colorbar I Define Eye Pencil Moss Green:

The product is packed in a silver colored pencil with a cap which is again kept in a paper made box. The end part of the pencil or the tail part indicates the color of the pencil which perfectly matches it. The cap is so tight and thus travel friendly. The product in it is so soft and so this should be handled carefully in order not to break it. Also this product need to be be sharpened which I really hate since lots of the product is lost during sharpening. The shelf life is written on the pencil itself so you need not keep the outer cover for it.

The shade of this eye pencil is moss green which looks something like the henna color or khaki color. It is soft in texture and applies easily on skin. On bright light it shows like metallic or slightly glittery. The shade is so good and suitable to all skin complexions.

This one is also pigmented and waterproof. Splash some water on your face and you’ll still find it there without any smudge. But sometimes you need to glide the pencil twice to show on the lids properly. This one stays on the water line as well and the staying power is so good. It stays around 8 to 10 hours and then starts fading. It settles on the skin so fast and can’t be smudged. So if you need a Smokey look, you need to be so fast to smudge it slightly.  Soap water can’t remove this and so you need to clean it using a creamy cleanser and gently wiping it with cotton. The product is worth the price but yes, little costly too.
