I know ageing and wrinkles gives nightmares to most of the women. We don’t take care of the skin until it starts showing signs of ageing. It’s when the alarm starts ringing then you feel I should have taken care of my skin before. Some tips and tricks taken at the right time can delay aging and make your skin look beautiful and ageless. Here I will be sharing few tips that will help you delay aging of the skin and put a smile on your face.
1. Water: Hydrate and hydrate more. Drink as much water as you can swim in it. Yes that’s the thumb rule. Always fill yourself with water. It’s the best medicine. Drink as much water as possible. First thing in the morning drink a glass full of luke warm water and you will bless yourself for that.
2. Sleep: Always get at least 8 hours of sleep daily. Avoid watching late night movies. Always sleep on your back. This will give you less sleep lines and prevent wrinkles from forming. Never sleep on your face.
3. Eat: Omega 3 is the core of anti-wrinkle creams. You get omega 3 in natural consumable form. Eat it every time you see it. It’s in a lot of easily available foods.. berries are some of them. Make a list of omega 3 rich foods and have them as much as you can.
4. Sunscreen: Sun rays and UV rays accelerate aging. Never leave the house without a sunscreen. It will cause aging faster than you imagine. Avoid trolling in heavy heats and intense summers. You are doing no good to your skin
5. Hot Water Baths: I am a huge fan of hot water baths. But very few people know that your skin is actually screaming when you are enjoying that bath. Never again take a very hot steaming water bath. You can take sona baths but don’t take hot water directly onto your skin.
6. Face Mask: Use face masks and face packs regularly. Treat your skin once a week. Take as many herbal face masks as possible. Steam the skin once a fortnight and clean the pores. This helps your skin breathe.
After following all the above steps dedicatedly you will never need to worry about wrinkle lines showing on the skin. These simple tips will work wonders. All of them are quiet natural and they don’t have any kind of side effects. So stay happy stay young!
