Regular exfoliatation is very important to maintain a healthy and glowing skin. Exfoliating the skin not only removes dead cells but also improves blood circulation. To use green tea as a scrub, we need to brew the tea first. In a bowl take a green tea bag and add 3 spoons of hot water. After 10 minutes remove the tea bag and cut it open. The Green tea particles(leaves) acts as a scrub. Take required amount on your finger tips and scrub on your face using circular motions for 5-7 minutes. This will exfoliate your skin to remove dead cells.
Since I am regular in exfoliating my skin, I prefer using mild scrub on facial skin. You can add sugar granules also if your skin requires strong exfoliation. Scrubbing often lead to open pores and its a must to close them. There are two ways mentioned below to close the pores.
