When I started using makeup I used to face so many problems 🙁 and I know most of you must have faced the same. If you’re also new to makeup and still experimenting with colors and different kinds of brands available in the market, it’s essential to know how you can use these products to boost your best features.
Trust me makeup can do WONDERS you just need to know the right technique. There are numerous make up mistakes beginners make, I just listed some here. Have a look, hope it helps.
Using Concealers like Foundation:
We may think we have many problem areas that require concealing and thus we apply concealer all over our face, but it’s an amateur beauty mistake that we must avoid! As applying too much concealer or using it in lots of places leads to a weird, whitish complexion that looks caked-on. Better use it sparingly and carefully as there are various diverse tools for all your beauty issues so don’t rely only on concealer!
Scary Smoky Eyes:
The smoky eye look is sexy and super modish and teenagers are really fond of trying such eye makeup. I have seen them with smoky eyes; some looked really really stunning while some looked SCARY. It’s not their mistake as even the most experienced beauty lover can be guilty of making this makeup blunder if they aren’t cautious! Girls think it’s easy to create smoky eyes but when it comes to replicating the look you get to know that it’s not an easy job. You need experience with eye shadows and choose the colors wisely. Don’t go dark until you don’t know the technique well.
Too Much Lip Product:
When you’re new with makeup you always think that applying the product in huge amount will help in the staying power. But that’s wrong, applying too much lip gloss or lipstick will not only end up being untidy but will as well get transferred on your teeth and yea on your food too. Experts say that getting a little obsessive with applying lip products are very common beauty mistakes beginners make. Better search for products that are long lasting. 😀
Applying Too Much Powder:
I have dusky complexion and I always wanted to look fair and thus I used to apply lots of powder. 🙁 (Funny I know) It was because that time I didnt knew much about makeup and I think most of teenagers make this mistake often. Also girls with oily skin apply excess face powder on their face to manage the level of oil. But you needn’t dab excessive powder to avoid your skin from getting oily as there are others products for this purpose like blotting papers, primers and oil-control make-up.
