Aroma Magic Almond Under Eye Cream Review

Today I am going to review another product from Aroma Magic. It’s an under eye cream which I have been using since past 3 months and I think it’s right time for me to write a review on this. After hospitalization due to dengue, I found my under eye area became pretty dark; dark means not as dark as coal but it is significantly darker than the rest of my face, so I did not waste much time and bought this.

Price and Quantity:

115 for 20 g

Availability:

Available everywhere from local stores to online sites.

Shelf Life:

36 months

My Take:

This under eye cream comes in a typical Aroma Magic tube with white body and red screw cap. As it is travel friendly and very small in size you can even carry this in your hand bag easily.

It is a white colored thick cream with an odd smell (It smells somehow like colour dye!) I am sure sensitive noses will not like this fragrance but good thing is it does not last longer. The cream  is pretty smooth in texture and gets absorbed into the skin if very little amount is applied. Otherwise it makes the skin extremely oily. As I have dry eye lids I don’t have much problem with the oiliness but oily skinned beauties must wipe it off otherwise they might face pimples.

As I have mentioned I picked a wrong product, it’s pretty difficult for me to explain my experience. I don’t have wrinkles and fine lines (touch wood), but yes it hydrates my skin very well and helps in reducing my mild dark circles to some extent. In one word, it’s a good and budget friendly product for under eye area.

Before and After Applying:

PROS:

  • Very cheap as a 20g tube lasts for months if used every night
  • Nourishes under eye area
  • Helps in reducing dark circles to some extent
  • Hygienic packaging
  • Did not cause any irritation
  • Available everywhere
  • Might work on wrinkles as it hydrates the skin quite well

CONS:

  • Odd smell
  • Feels extremely oily if applied more
  • Complete ingredient list is missing
  • Works extremely slowly
  • Does not have SPF so not suitable for day time usage
Rating: 3/5

Will I Repurchase?:

No I will try the gel version.

Do I Recommend?:

If you have dry skin, wrinkles and fine lines, then you can try this for sure!
