Watermelon and Pudina Summer Facial Massage – Do It Yourself

Summer means ‘groping for something cooling’.

The next idea that pops in mind is fruits, fruit juices with ice cubes, water, helping skin to get rid of summer boils or acne, trying hard to keep the sweat off from you.. This is my usual summer days.

So, here is the topic of today; the combination of water melon and mint (pudina) leaves. This post suffices both the skin and thirst needs of summer.

Watermelon as a fruit is comprised with major portion of fluid. It cools down the burning heat of the body. When you cut open the watermelon, and further into small pieces, there is so much of its juice that gets collected. It has the sweetening agent too in it.
And there is no necessity to intoduce the pudina leaves. I am a great fan of its fragance and taste too. The scent is so very pleasant and soothing. Pudina has the all ‘anti’ properties in it. A great gift for skin. It keeps the skin healthy and trouble free. Removes all infections and bacterial growth due to sweat.

How to?:

The duo (water melon and pudina) has been with me throughout this summer. The process is very easy.

1. Slice a piece of inside of the water melon. Do not bother to separate the seeds. Let them be involved too.

2. Take a fist full of pudina/mint leaves. (A fist full means around 10-15 leaves.)Wash them well.

3. Put the both into the blender and blend them well till everything looks like a juice.

Watermelon and pudina facial massage product is ready to use. Only a couple of spoon is required for massaging. I do the massaging half an hour before bath. All strokes of massaging gives a very good effect to the skin and help in blood circulation. The pudina works in every nuke and corner of the skin when massaged well.

Water melon cools down the sweaty skin and pudina fights the body odour.

Cool Drink for Summer:

The little blending of watermelon and pudina for facial use usually leads to extending the blending for a drink. Some more watermelon pieaces and pudina leaves, and along with this I add whole pepper too. Pepper is supposed to cool the body.

So, here is a very tempting drink for the well being of the body during this summer.
