Banjara’s Herbals Neem Face Pack Review

Hello ladies,

Today, I am going to review Banjara’s Neem face pack. This happened few months back. One fine evening, I was relaxing on my couch and watching T.V, there comes a break. In an advertisement, a girl says her life is bitter because of her pimples (sad na?) A lady consoles her that it can be cured by (Banjaras) neem’s bitterness. I was not impressed first time. But, happened to see the advertisement several times and mesmerized (Repetition is a good marketing strategy). I told myself this is your product, your savior etc … (hehehe … I was weird) finally I bought this face pack. I will tell you what happened after that.

Price:

Rs 70 (I got it for Rs 63)

Quantity:

100 grams

Shelf life:

3 years from Manufactured date

Key ingredients:

Neem extract, Turmeric extract.

My Take:

Packaging: The face pack comes in white and green carton package. Face pack in a plastic pack is difficult to store and maintain.

Color and Fragrance: It is yellowish green in color and fine texture. The smell reminded me Shikkai (really!)

How it works:

I have super oily skin and this product does not claim for which skin type it would suit. But from the product description, I concluded it is for oily to combination skin. I applied it on my face and let it to dry .After 10 minutes, I washed it off. No instant glow, little bit disappointed and went to bed by convincing myself it may take some time to do wonders. I woke up in the morning and ran to mirror to see my face. Ohh…My god, my skin broke out. I got pimples on my cheeks. Huge Disappointment :(
After few weeks, I wanted to try this again (who knows this product may prove me wrong). I was ready for the mission (Ignored my instinct). Once again all the process was done.. Once again my skin broke out, but this time I got pimples on my nose and fore head. Horrible! I never had pimples on my nose and fore head, it spoiled my skin. A tiny voice told me to test it by taste. Yes, I tasted it. To my surprise, there was no bitterness. How can a neem product be bitter free? That’s it; enough damage was done. I don’t want to talk about it anymore.

Pros

  • Nice package

Cons

  • Outbreak of pimples
  • No skin brightening
  • Very simply, this product is total opposite to their claims

Rating: 1/5

Do I Recommend:

Well, It didn’t work out for me. It may work for others

Would I Repurchase: No!
