Eat Colors for Radiant Skin (A Skincare Magic)

I know all of your question now is What do I mean by colors? Right? It means colorful foods. When we include adequate amount of colorful foods in our daily diet, we get the radiant glowing skin and good body health. Colorful foods include fruits and veggies like carrots, tomatoes, lemons, apples, strawberries, papayas, dates, oranges, bananas and Greens like spinach, peas, coriander etc. Never mistake that colorful foods are chips, cakes and other junk or fast food items! :D They are artificial colors which are the best enemies of our skin and beauty. It’s sure that huge amount of oily snacks with empty calories make you old faster! So, whenever you feel to eat something spicy or oily, just control yourself and dump your stomach with fresh fruit salads and juices. You can drink fresh coriander juice everyday for double benefit as it eliminates the cholesterol and makes your skin soft and shiny. Do you believe now that colors do magic to you skin? Now let me explain you all what are the properties of few of the Colors, I mean fruits and veggies.
