Fruits for Your Skin Type

Evey fruit has a special quality in improving our skin texture. There will be no need for chemical skincare cosmetics if we adopt natural fruits in our skincare routine instead of other cosmetics. A little trick can give greater results. Yes! You should choose a fruit as per your skin type. Check below for ideas.

OILY SKIN: Lemon, Orange, Strawberries etc. Citrus fruits suit oily skin the best!

NORMAL SKIN Any fruit with little balancing ingredient as like, if your skin is bit dry, add milk cream to it. If normal to oily, diluted lime juice would do good.


DRY SKIN: Banana, Apple, Avocado, Papaya, Cucumber with honey, olive oil and milk cream etc.
A Simple Trick: You can use any fruit on your face unless it is allergic to your skin, but remember If you have oily skin add little lime juice to it. If your skin is dry, add milk cream or olive oil.
Note: Intake of fresh fruits also improve skin tone and texture with regular consumption.
